  31.         I had pretty much the same problem as you're having. Although I never
  32. had it checked out, I had planned on getting a Multiface III board (to add
  33. another parallel port). Unfortunately my poor 4000 expired before I could find
  34. out if it would have worked or not.  :-(   Luckily I was able to get a
  35. replacment machine. :-)
